Miscellaneous Thoughts

Working out and into my spiritual walk which I’m currently choosing to do through Buddhism. Like any spiritual walk I have good days, not so good, then just days where I’m just doing it. But I am where I’m supposed to be and I am finding more peace during such time that cuts down on, but not totally eliminates my need to rant. Doesn’t mean I don’t see and experience shit that frustrates me, it’s just that I know individually and collectively we evolve into different states at different times, and sometimes I/we just have to get out of the way and let things run the course.

  • Daniella, an amazing person in my life that has helped me remember and focus on things and themes that through my pain body I tend to forget.
  • Kasey, my life friend whose healing/dealing in her way. One day at a time.
  • Family/friends: Melvina, Jennifer, Chaune, Norris and his wife Alicia; peace in and during all times.

Recently I was listening to Wayne Dyer and he said something that we all know but tend to forget; we’re just borrowing the earth, this time on it, we must leave this planet/life to the generations following us. What do we want our children’s experience to be like? He also said: “We can either be hosts to God, or hostages to our ego. Nothing like a choice.
